Hi,

  I have a customer with a lj4600.  It is giving them an error which 

reads "printing error, turn printer off and back on"  No error number, 

just this message.  They have replaced the toners, etc. and still get 

the message.  I have not been to the site yet, and would like to have 

some idea of where to start since I don't have any error number.
