I had one recently, same issue with Cyan toner. Took it back tot he
shop, removed all the covers and gave it a thorough cleaning. I removed
all the toners from the carousel and turned it to where I could see the
HV contacts to the toners carts. It's hard to describe, but one of the
two contacts had a rougher spot on it. Looking at the toners, I could
see a score across the contact. I carefully burnished the contact flat
and re-asembled. Ran about 100 test pages before returning to the
customer, who has had it for at least two weeks now, with no
complaints.
