I'm not clear on this. Does it have the message at turn on or just
after attempting to print. The registration assy is NASTY on these and
there's a spot that's hard to get at, where bits of paper love to hide
and trip the sensor or just cause repeated jams. If you remove the ITU
from the door, look closely at the support arm on the right side (your
right facing the printer) for a small arrow (triangle with point up).
Look for the matching on on the body of the printer. If you line them
up, THEN you can lift up the plates of the registration assy and see if
there's paper in there. I;ve had to dis-assemble a couple ot clear
them. If you need to dis-assemble, a manual is essential.
