Paper Jam HP 4650 Color Laserjet

Have a HP 4650 that has a paper jam every third page. Paper jam is
under the color cartridges from tray two. Paper jams when you feed
from tray one. I think it is the rollers feeding the paper into print
area. Have not changed rollers on one of these before and need to
know if there is a way to chage the rollers without dismantling the
whole unit.

Tray 1 feed is in the tray 2 cassette. There are two clips on top of
the tray. Turn then lift these out. The front of the tray will tilt
forward and off. The roller and pad are almost the same as a 4000
tray 1. They have different part numbers. The roller may be the
same, I have interchanged those, but the pad is definitely different.
It is thicker.
