1. Looking for a service manual. Paul and I have already touched base
on this..
2. Getting a "insert letter" on display. Unit will print fine from
manual feed, but for some reason is not detecting the paper in the
cassette. When inserted, the tray is raised up and the flag is dropped
down as it should be. I pulled the paper size board and verified the
switches at least are working, the flag swings in/out of the sensor,
but there is more electronics onboard besides the swtches. Is there a
defualt tray setting in the menu(s)?I've gone through them, but didn't
see anything obvious saying default tray.
Any ideas/thoughts accepted...
