Hp 8150 Always jamming w/duplexer

You must try a different fuser. I have run into this before. John

Hello all, I have a HP8150dn that is giving me trouble. Seems to always jam
when the duplexer is in, but if we take it out then it is fine. I first
suspected the fuser, but that was swapped with a known good one. SO then I
thought it was the duplexer, that has been swapped out with a known good one
as well. At first it was jamming only when trying to duplex but after
swapping all these parts and testing it now jams no matter what if the
duplexer is installed. Have any of you ran into this issue? Could it be the
DC controller or Formatter? I hate to just start swapping parts out, so I
thought I'd run it by the experts. Thanks in advance for you help.

Can I ask where it jams at? Depending on where it jams, it could be
something OTHER than the duplexor or the fuser.
