Hi everyone, has anyone had problems with the hp color laserjet 5500

on heavy paper? When users print large areas of dark color (usually


photos) to this particular printer, areas of heavier dark color don't

seem to fuse correctly and can be scratched off or flake off. I have

replaced the fuser and tried different settings for paper weight,

still same problem. It only happens on heavy (50-60 lb) paper. Thanks
