I don't think there is a manual but if you have any skills you won't need it.
Hardest part is getting off the covers and that is just a couple screws and some clips that can be tricky to find. After that you just have to pull the carriage rod out and you can access the back of the carriage and voile! Now the hard part is finding another belt. (I left out a lot of steps, just look what you are doing and you should be able to figure them out, the belt is usually spring loaded on the right to release the tension.)
