Customer had an HP CLJ 8550 running on a Macintosh Network - printed

brochures beautifully.

Customer upgraded to an HP CLJ 9500 - same brochures - color lousy and

washed out. This from several applications includinf Word.

Internal test prints all print correctly.

Driver is latest - firmware is up to date. consumables replaced.
