Customer has a CLJ3500 with the message: 10.92.03 toner cartridge not

engaged.  Has anyone seen this?  I check the toner contact on the left

side frame and they seem ok.  I disabled the cartridge check and the

printer will print but without Yellow.  If I switch the Yellow &

Magenta toners the printer will print Yellow but not Magenta.  This

leads me to believe that the problem has something to do with the

location for the Yellow cartridge.  Does this sound like the Hivoltage

P/S.
