WORK with a 4600. ; The 620n was the replacement for the 615n. ; Some
parts distributors offer an exchange of a 615n with a 620n.

Hey, I think I've seen this discussed before ... 10/100 J6057a (615n)
internal Jetdirect cards, HP.
Lots of issues with the 615n, upgraded to ... 620n? Current rev at 625?
Will the 620n work in a HP 4600 (color LaserJet)?
Should I bother with the internal card or go with an external Jetdirect
box?
