The 620n is the EIO being sold (or swapped if exchanged under service
note) for the no longer made/supplied 615n. If the printer accepts EIO
devices the 600n, 610n, 615n or 6120n will work. Each has their own
attributes/features so if you need specifics like built in web
interface, security, etc then the model will vary. The 620n has the most
features and retails for $129 (HP list) as opposed to the over $300 the
615n went for when it sold.
If the suspected bad 615n is a specific serial number then HP will
probably swap it out for free under the service note.
