Choices are:
1. You can fix python to treat that (changing raw_input to
handle r).
2. You can fix Eclipse to treat that (discovering why it
puts the additional
r and not just n).
3. You can just use the workaround.
Either way, it's not a pydev fix (and I think it would be
very difficult to
make a patch like this go into Eclipse... so, maybe fixing
and sending a patch
to python may be the easier way to do it 'right').
