I don't really know if you can change that (but it's not
actually pydev related).
All color-configurations that are not related to the editor
highlight are configured
in the eclipse 'general' settings. So, it could be at the
preferences: general
> appearance > colors and fonts (maybe asking in the
eclipse forums can probably
be more fruitful...)
