Navigation filters lost

I'm using PyDev 1.3.13 and Eclipse 3.3.1.1 on Windows XP.

Something strange happens. I have made an update:
 PyDev from 1.3.12 to 1.3.13
 Eclipse from 3.3.0 to 3.3.1.1

Now I have lost all filters in the navigator view
("Filters...", Dialog "Navigation
Filters").
That means I see all pyc and pyo files.

In the PyDev Package Explorer view everything is alright 
("Customize Views...",
Filters).

Any ideas what's going wrong ?

It's an eclipse bug in 3.3.1.1: see:
