Collecting from unknown thread.

I'm trying to install PyLucene-1.9.1 and get the above
error (both 
during tests and in "real life").

The test failing is unsurprisingly
test/test_PyLuceneThread.py. 

Environment:

Ubuntu: Dapper 6.06.

GCC:    gcc-3.4 (GCC) 3.4.6 (Ubuntu 3.4.6-1ubuntu2)
         gcj-4.0 (GCC) 4.0.3 (Ubuntu 4.0.3-1ubuntu4)
         gcjh (GCC) 4.0.3 (Ubuntu 4.0.3-1ubuntu4)

Python: Python 2.4.3 (#2, Apr 27 2006, 14:43:58)
         [GCC 4.0.3 (Ubuntu 4.0.3-1ubuntu5)] on linux2

SWIG:   1.3.24 (compiled from source)


Make config:

That's all the info I can think if now. Ideas? I'm
completely schtuck.
