Missing import in wb_subversion_report_branch_changes.py.

Hi,

an

import wb_config

is missing in wb_subversion_report_branch_changes.py,
causing it to crash at run time.
I do not know how it got lost, I'm pretty sure it was in
there
at some point.

Anyway, the attached patch fixes it and also cleans up the
remaining imports.
