I work under Japanese ver Windows XP, so my source files
almost are
Shift-JIS(cp932). But when I operate on Shift-JIS files, I
got error below.
It likes Work Bench only support English?

Workbench works in Unicode not english (iso-8859-1).
Internally
workbench converts native files into unicode to diff them.

I need to update the table of codecs to include cp932 so
that workbench
can convert from Shift-JIS into unicode. The cp932 codec was
added to
python after I had created the codecs support code. I'll
update the
codecs to the latest set in python 2.5 for the next
release.

As a work around change the diff to use svn diff from the
view menu.

(In fact, not only when diff, source commit, update, etc.
