We use python as part of a large commercial installation.
Our deployment is made
simple by the availability of eggs for most packages we use,
or the fact that
easy_install (part of PEAK) gives us a handy way to make
packages with standard
setup.py scripts into an egg which can be easily installed
just by copying into
place.

Would it possible to offer pysvn as a egg distribution? This
would save us
having to figure out how to make a Windows egg from the
source code. We've
started looking into it and found that it does not seem to
be an easy task.
