I just downloaded the latest source tarball (1.5.3) and this
problem is still
occurring. That is, the definition for peg_revision_url
still only occurs in an
ifdef which isn't running when I build.

I'd really like to be able to use pysvn on RHEL 4.5 which
still only ships with
svn 1.1.4.   Is there any plan to fix this or am I just
SOL?
