This is one feature so that I use another SVN program for.
When I add properties to all my files, I use SubCommander as
it allows me to
select a directory and add properties recursively, which
will add those
properties to all the files inside that directory and
subdirectories.

When I select a group of files to add properties in PySVN
workbench, I have to
add the property to each file one at a time and can be an
extremely long process
with how many files are usually in a repository.
