prerequisite modules for razor-agents

[ you may see this twice, I forgot to subscribe before
sending ]

Hi,

I am looking at razor-agents 2.81 and I believe the list of
necessary Perl
modules in the INSTALL file is not up to date. It differs
from the list in
Makefile.PL.

Is the following list correct?

  Time::HiRes
  Digest::SHA1
  MIME::QuotedPrint (from MIME::Base64)
  Getopt::Long
  File::Copy
  URI::Escape
  File::Spec

optional:
  Net::SOCKS

The modules Test::More, Test::Simple, Test::Harness are not
used
anywhere as far as I could see.
It seems Net::Ping and Net:NS were
used in older versions but not in
2.81 anymore.
