razor local

makes sense. But yes i am interested in knowing whether this
is possible ?

checksum servers
outside China.

Having a local database managed by razor-report locally is
not only a
better-than-nothing but also a more efficient solution to
me.

Razor-report can send the checksum to razor servers at the
same time
updating the local database, which IMO makes no harm to the
whole Razor
system.
