Get message Error when Run ROOT

Hello,

I tried install ROOT in my PC. The installing looks fine but
when i run
the root i get error message below. Is anyone know what is
the problem ???
[paradacpc1-broo3-0-0-cust260 ~]$ root
/usr/local/bin/root.exe: error while loading shared
libraries: libCore.so:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Did you set your LD_LIBRARY_PATH ?
Do you have a mismatch between PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH?
Are  you running a version of ROOT compiled in 32 bits mode
on a 64 bits 
machine or vice-versa?
