Description:
    Previous versions of the elinks package are vulnerable
to an Information
    Exposure when submitting POST requests to an https URL
for which a proxy
    has been defined.  This vulnerability may lead to
cleartext transmission
    of sensitive data that should have been protected by
TLS.
