SIP message "603 Declined" and CAUSE_UNKNOWN... why?

Hello!

When I call mobile number and REJECT call - my soft phone
receive Event=DISCONNECTED:CAUSE_UNKNOWN,
but I need to known real disconnect reason (like
bad_address, busy, reject etc.)

Maybe good thing send to soft phone
Event=DISCONNECTED:CAUSE_CANCEL?
I really need this...

I added CALLSTATE_CAUSE_REQUEST_NOT_ACCEPTED as call state
cause when
603 is received.
