sipXtapi Subversion Problem

This is because you are trying to use the viewsvn URL to pull the sources with the command line subversion client.
That URL is useful only in your browser -- so you can visually see the repository through your browser.

The URL you want to use to check out is this:
http://scm.sipfoundry.org/rep/sipX/branches/sipXtapi
