Can you please be more specific here:

- Into which kind of files (format) should export be possible?

- How do plan to further process this information (by another software
tool/by hand/...)?

- What should be exported from log/change set?

- By "History" do you refer to Transactions view?

- Which files do you consider to be part of a tag? User should be able
to query for such information?
