I don't think so because I'm ignoring classes directory (java programs with
classes and src directories) on a very huge program, and SmartSVN doesn't
seem to scan classes directory.

My configuration is :
- Refresh (Local) : selected directory (recursively if set for view)
- Refresh (Scan) : root directory only
