Inconsistent Newlines + Change EOL Style

I've had to use the Change EOL thing a few times
in the past and I remember they did do the job,
if I remember right.

Now I just ran into several files that
SmartSVN reports as having "inconsistent newlines",
but when I try to apply Change EOL, it won't let me
change --- but results in the same "inconsistent newlines"
error.

The workaround is to open the files in question using
an external editor, mod the return/newline, and that
takes care of the problem.

I thought SmartSVN had this corrective thing
built-in. Did it break, or am I missing something?

SVN ignores "inconsistent newlines" (which may be there by intention as well)
only when using "-force". For version 4, we will offer this option in
SmartSVN, too.
