This machine was running Solaris 8 previously, and had been
stable and
up for a couple of years, so I know the hardware is good.

Sun (TM) Enterprise 250 (UltraSPARC-II 400MHz), No Keyboard
OpenBoot 3.12, 1024 MB memory installed, Serial #1099xxxx.
Ethernet address 8:0:20:a7xx,
Host ID: 80a7xxxx.

ok boot cdrom
Boot device: /pci1f,4000/scsi3/disk6,0:f
File and args:
OpenBSD IEEE 1275 Bootblock 1.1
..>> OpenBSD 4.1 (obj) #1: Wed Mar 7 02:44:33 MST
2007
    deraadtsparc64.openbsd.org:/usr/src/sys/arch/sparc64/stand/o
fwboot/obj
: trying bsd...
assign-to-psycho: undefined PCI support method
Fast Data Access MMU Miss
ok

This is an E250 with a PCI QFE card installed, could that
card be the
problem? I don't have physical access to the machine, is
there a
workaround short of taking out the card?

Thanks, I'll give the OPB update a go, and report back.
