hi,

I'm having a number of difficulties with subclipse recently and was wondering if this is just my setup. I've seen

    * update sites for 1.0.7 and 1.0.8 builds do not contain features or plugins? (I can log in and browse the file structure over http but they aren't there?)
        * eclipse also complains about site.xml not having site as a root tag, although it does when viewed over the web

    * with 0.9.105, checking a project out, first fails with a native(?) assertion error and a message about "eol || strtok" (or something similar), ignoring this causing a second assertion failure this time in java code about R/name and P/name2 mismatching.

    * javaSvn does not seem to recognize our repository, although javaHL does. It gives a HTTP 402 error and says that a path that does exist can't be found

I've used subclipse 0.9.37 for a long time without many issues, and am wondering why so many things seem to be wrong at the moment - could this be related to our subversion repository or are these known errors?

any help appreciated,
thanks,
Andrew

I assume you are talking about our update site at the URL:

http://subcl
ipse.tigris.org/update_1.0.x

I do not see where it allows directory browsing, but the
features and
plugins are most certainly there.

There is nothing we can do about Eclipse problems.

I do not know what would cause th assertion error as that
would be in the
Subversion code, but the second error sounds like the
problem you get when
doing a checkout on Eclipse 3.2 M5 which was fixed by
Subclipse 0.9.107.

Cannot answer that. Is it SSL? Try getting updated to
0.9.108.
