Mark,
sorry for posting to the wrong list.
I checked it and now I am scared a bit.
The "unversioned files" are really marked as "unversioned" in
Subclipse, but actually those had been versioned before the merge and no one
removed the file from the repository.
So it looks somehow Subclipse made SVN to "forget" about
files.
That's really strange.
What to do to prevent this in future?

You sent
this to the wrong mailing list.
But to answer your question, like the CVS
Eclipse plugin, Subclipse shows
the modified decorator if you have any
unversioned and unignored files.
TortoiseSVN does not.
If you
followup, please do so on the correct mailing
list.
Thanks
Mark
