You are on an ancient version of Subclipse.  In this case it
doesn't 
matter because the behavior of that dialog has not changed
since it is 
working as designed.

If you were on a current version, I'd say press the Help
key and read the 
help for that dialog.  I do not think the version you are on
has the help 
linked with the dialog though.

The dialog works pretty much the same as the one on
TortoiseSVN so I will 
link you to their help which is on the Web.
