Team Synchronizing perspective. When I use ctrl-click
to select several objects, and then right click and select commit, not all the
objects I selected are in the list.

Even stranger, if I ctrl-click some objects and then hover the mouse past them,
some of the objects appear to unselect themselves. Very frustrating as I want
to commit several objects at once with the same commit message.

2 pictures attached. Selection.jpg shows the objects selected using ctrl-click. Commit.jpg is after I right-click and select commit.

OS:             Windows Vista Business
Eclipse:      ; 3.2 and 3.3RC3
Subclipse:  ;   Latest

It is a good idea to state the Subclipse version. A lot of
people
think they have the latest version and do not, it is 1.2.2
by the way.

I cannot imagine what code we could have running that would
change
selections in a tree like that. Generally, that part of the
UI is not
handled by our code.

A workaround type suggestion I can offer is to use the
Change Sets
feature of the synch view to group your changes into logical
change
sets.
