location of default config file

I need do some thing to the config file for subclips. But
where is  
this file?

Subclipse uses the Subversion libraries, which means we use
the same
config file as the command line.  On Windows, the default
is
%APPDATA%Subversion and on *nix it is ~/.subversion.
