Add a seekbar to a movie clip

Hi !

I am now able to produce a simple animation with the code :

    </frame>

        <place id="person3"
name="personPlaced3" depth="1"/>
    </frame>
</movie>

but now that I have my file test.swf, I am looking for
self-contained 
(ready to
be directly compiled with mtasc) ActionScript examples to
load test.swf and
add a seekbar.
