We are a team of creatives building an innovative,
large-scale
community site designed to connect like-minded people of
faith around
their shared experiences and passions. We have an immediate
need for
someone to join our existing Ruby on Rails team and work
with our
existing code and infrastructure. Location isn't an
issue...remote work
is ok.

A passion for constructing solid code, enthusiasm for
pushing the
envelope and a general interest in new technologies/web apps
are
attributes that we admire. We'd like someone with more than
3 years
experience programming and ideally someone who has been
working with
Rails for over a year. Knowledge and experience with Erlang
or other
concurrent languages a plus. Experience with advertising
platforms or
other heavy-load applications, also a plus.
