Susan,
Yes, I am. It's becoming very obvious that the NDK has
some glaring errors
& omissions of vital information, though, regarding VFS.
There's header
file missing, import libraries that are missing or
incomplete, functions
undocumented, structures & values undocumented, no list
of NDK component
dependencies, incorrect/damaged Perl sample code for using
virtual files, no
sample code in C/C++ for using virtual files, and absolutely
no sample code
for the NLM end of things if using custom written read &
write functions as
the backend of a virtual file.
Engineering has been providing information, but we keep on
finding that
every bit of information we get identifies a few more items
that are also
missing, so the process isn't fast as we slog towards a
solution. I'd have
to say that the legendary Tantalus had things easy compared
to the
anticipation we feel each time we make a little bit of
progress ;)
Regards,
Chuck
