I apologize in advance for a slightly off-topic post, but I am wondering if there is a way to adjust the free/busy time that is being published by Outlook for each of our users.  By default the period is 2 months and I have been requested to adjust for everyone in the company to 12 months if possible.  Is there a way to script/group policy this?

Thanks in advance,

Jonathan

<http://groups.yahoo.com/group/outlook-users/> is a great Outlook related group, featuring eg Sue Mosher of, I believe, Windows IT Pro magazine.
