They still have mappings to the old server? Or printer
shares located on the
decommisioned server(s)? Hardset links to pics in word-docs
pointing to the
old place? I've seen this all... 8-(
It makes a difference using dfs-pathways (always the same
path), as the
servers can be moved around to your hearts content and the
dfs-path not being
changed, and the users being non the wiser, yet still
working as usual.
