Compiling CVS with MSVC6

Hi,

CVS won't compile on Win32 with MSVC6 against current
(2.8.3) wxWidgets build.
Problem is in the wxUSE_EXTENDED_RTTI changes to
ext/docview/cpp/docview.h

Attached diff adds necessary if condition.
