preview build

A small isssue in the ansi build for Python 2.5/win32.
The gdiplus.dll is installed in the c:Python25 dir,
and not in the ..wx-2.7.1-msw-ansiwx dir.
Probably, a wrong path in the installer. A manual
move fixed this.
I did not check the unicode build though.

Thanks.  I probably just copy/pasted the wrong line and
didn't pay 
attention to what it actually said.

BTW, one thing I should mention about gdiplus.dll is that it
is only 
installed on systems older than WinXP (since it is included
on XP and 
beyond) so if you don't see it on your install that is why.
