Patch for wxWindow.h

This patch updates a few existing methods so the signature
matches the
wxWidgets headers more exactly and also adds a bunch of
missing
methods.

Sorry for the flood of patches but I was waiting for the
pending
patches to go thru before submitting these. This should be
the last
one for tonight.
