This list is for comments on the XSL specifications
published by W3C.
Questions about using XSL should normally be directed to the
xsl-list at
mulberrytech.com.
However, your question seems to be a bit more basic. A file
with extension
.xsl would normally be expected to hold a stylesheet, not a
messagelog. Of
course, it might contain anything - file extensions are
purely a matter of
convention. How you open it depends on how you want to
process it, but a
good start would be to use a text editor.
If you have follow-up questions, please find a more
appropriate forum.
